Ingredients:
-Rajma (kidney beans)
-1.5 cups
-Onion big -1
-Garam Masala -1 tbsp
-Red chilies,
turmeric-1/2 tbsp each
-Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
-Water 2 cups.

Recipe:
-Wash Rajma and boil
for half an hour in pressure Cooker.
-Prepare masala of
onions, garlic, ginger and tomato.
-Add it to the beans
and cook till the liquid dries up and the beans are soft.

coriander leaves and serve with chapattis or rice.
