(These tasty lilies are
fun to make and a delight to eat)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp chocolate chips
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1.25 cups whole milk
Pinch of sat
½ tsp vanilla essence
½ tbsp unsalted butter
Recipe:
-Melt the chocolate chips in a
medium saucepan over very low heat stirring constantly until smooth.
-Stir in the sugar, cornstarch,
cocoa powder, milk and salt and raise heat to medium.
-Cook mixture, stirring
frequently until it thickens. Remove
from heat and add the vanilla essence and butter. Stir until mixed properly.
-Set aside to cool slightly
then pour into molds and freeze.
