Kalimirch Chicken –Recipe

(In creamy sauce flavored black pepper, it is a delicious chicken recipe)
Ingredients:
Chicken breast- ½ Kg
Ginger (Paste)-2 tbsp
Garlic paste – 2 tbsp

Pepper corns (Crushed -3tsp
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) -1/4 cup
Fresh cream -200 ml
Oil-1 cup
Lemon Juice -2tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation:
-Cut the chicken breast into 1” cubes. Marinate the pieces with the lemon juice, pepper corns, ginger paste and garlic paste for 30 minutes. 
-Baste with oil and grill for 3-4 minute.  Turn and baste again and grill for 2 minutes. 
-Collect the dripping juices in a try placed underneath.  Put the chicken in a pan with the collected juices and the cream and cook with the cream for 3-4 minutes.
-Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.

Chicken Kadhai.

Ingredients:
Chicken -1Kg
Coriander Seeds: 2 tsp
Cumin seeds: 2 tsp
Black Pepper corns (whole):6
Dry Red chilies: 6


Also taste Kalimirch Chicken


Ginger: 2 inch piece
Garlic 15 cloves
Ghee 2tbsp
Oil: 2tbsp
Onion: (Chopped):1
Tomatoes (Chopped):4
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves (Chopped):2tbsp

Recipe:
Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds and pepper corns and grind to a coarse powder.
Grind red chilies, ginger and garlic to a fine past.
Now heat ghee and oil in a Kadhai, add onion and sauté till lightly browned.
Add half of the coarsely grounded spice powder and red chili-ginger garlic paste and continue to sauté for four minutes.



Add tomatoes and salt and continue to cook till the tomatoes become soft.  Put in the chicken pieces and stir.  Add coriander leaves and the remaining coarsely grounded spice powder and mix well.  Pour half a cup of water.  Cover and cook on medium heat till the chicken is done.

Serve hot.

Rajma (kidney beans) curry

(It is favorite of Punjabis but liked by everyone)
Ingredients:
-Rajma (kidney beans) -1.5 cups
-Onion big -1
-Ginger

You may also like to have Rajma Burger

You may also like to have Spinach Palak Curry

-Tomatoes 2 big
-Garam Masala -1 tbsp
-Red chilies, turmeric-1/2 tbsp each
-Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
-Water 2 cups.

Recipe:
-Wash Rajma and boil for half an hour in pressure Cooker.
-Prepare masala of onions, garlic, ginger and tomato.
-Add it to the beans and cook till the liquid dries up and the beans are soft.

Also have Palak-Mushroom soup
-Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapattis or rice.
