Ingredients:
Milk – 1 litre
Sugar- 100 g
Samai Rice: 2tbsp
Mixed dry fruits: 1/2 cup
Sliced pistas Chios and a new rose
petals for garnish
Ilaichi Powder: 1tsp
Earthen bowls (Kulhad) -6
Preparation:
-Wash with water and soak the earthen
bowls. Wash rice and soak in water. Also soak dry fruits in water.
-Bring the Milk to boil in a pan. Cook it till thickens a little.
-Add rice and cook on slow flame till
the Kheer thickens.
-Add sugar and cook till it thickens
stirring constantly to avoid burning.
Add dry fruits and -Ilaichi powder and remove from fire.
