Ingredients:
Onions-04
Tomatoes-03
Cardmamoms-06
Water – 04 cups
Cinnamon sticks – 03
Turmeric powder -02
tbsp
Chicken bouillon cubes

Oil – 1tbsp
Rice – 02 cups
Peas -250 gm

-Put one tablespoon of
oil in a pan, fry cinnamon sticks and cloves for a bit.
-Add the cardamoms and
onions and fry the onions till they become transparent.
-Add the tomatoes and
fry for a bit before adding the bouillon cubes.
Fry till they mix well with all the ingredients.
You should also taste Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani
-Now wash the rice and
add turmeric powder to it. Add this rice to the pan slowly and stir all the
while. Mix this well and add the water and the peas. Cover the pan and wait till the water gets
dried and the rice is ready.
-Serve with chicken
curry or vegetable raita.
