Kerala Chicken Curry

(It’s something different)
Ingredients:
-Chicken
Two medium sized onions sliced in pieces
-Tomato (Sliced)
-Potato (cut into medium sizes pieces)
-2 tsp Chicken Masala powder

Also taste Mustard Chicken

Also cook and eat Chicken Pulao 

-1 tsp coriander powder
-1 tsp Kashmiri Chili powder
-1 tsp ginger-garlic paste,
-1 cup thin coconut milk,
-Curry leaves
-3 tbsp coconut oil
-Mustard seeds
-Salt to taste
-1/2 tsp black pepper powder
 -2tbsp yogurt

 Recipe:
-Clean and cut the Chicken into medium sized pieces and marinate it with Ginger-garlic paste, salt, yogurt, chicken masala powder
-Put it in the Refrigerator for an hour.
-Heat coconut oil in a pan or Kadhai.
-Sputter mustard seeds and sauté the sliced onions and curry leaves till the onions become translucent.
-Simmer the heat; add chili powder, Coriander powder, chicken masala powder, Ginger paste, and Garlic paste and sauté for two minutes.



-Add the chopped tomato pieces along with little salt and sauté well till the tomatoes are pulpy and mashed.
-Add potato and chicken pieces to the pan and add a cup of water.
-Reduce heat, cover the pan until the chicken is tender and cooked.  The process may take 15-20 minutes depending on the chicken pieces used. While it gets cooked, add coconut milk and stir gently.  
-Cover the cook for another few minutes.
-Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or chapattis.

Rajma burger – Recipe

Preparation time: 20 Minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
 
Also taste Rajma curry


Also taste Spicy date rice
Ingredients:
Boiled Kidney Beans (Rajma), mashed-250 gm
Onion finely diced-1/4 cup
Minced garlic -1 clove
Bread crumbs-2tbs
Fresh parsley, chopped-2tbs
Ketchup-1tbsp
Chili powder-1/2 tsp
Curry Powder-1/2 Curry powder
Ground cumin seed -1/4 tsp
Salt -1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder -1/4 tsp
Cheese sliced -4 slices
Burger Buns-4
Lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cucumber slices, onion slices and butter as required.

Preparation:
-In a large bowl combine the mashed kidney beans, onion, garlic, bread crumb, parsley, ketchup, chili powder, curry powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
 
-Mix well and chill for 15 minutes.  Form into burgers and fry in a small amount of oil, or in a nonstick pan with oil, over medium heat.

-Toast a burger bun, spread butter top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, petty and cheese.
