(It is spicy and testy perfect Chutney for Tandoor
or barbecue parties)
Ingredients:
-Mint leaves
-Coriander Leaves
-Ginger
-Green Chili
-Salt to taste
-Chaat Masala
-Curd
-Amchoor Power (Mango powder)
-Jeera power
Preparation:
-Take a bowl and mix curd, Chaat Masala,
Amchoor powder and Jeera powder in it.
-In a blender, cut some coriander leaves,
mint leaves and green chili and ginger. Blend
it to make a rough paste.
-Add salt to taste and blend the mixture
into a smooth paste.
-Add the mixture to the curd. Whisk well.
-Cool it in refrigerator and serve with hot
Tandoor veggies or mutton
