tasty and quick to prepare dish)
The working hands before or after a hectic day at the
workplace may not be in a mood to spend another hour at the kitchen and look
for a dish which takes 10 to 15 minutes to be ready besides being tasty and
nutritious. ‘Shahi Toast’ may be the
best choice. It is tasty and easy to
prepare. It can be served either for breakfast or as a dessert.
Ingredients:
-500 ml basundi
-4 Slices of bread
-Butter or ghee
Recipe:
-Deep fry the bread pieces
in butter or ghee. Dip in basundi.
-Garnish with sliced dry
fruit and serve hot or cold.
