Ingredients:
Boiled Potatoes-4
Curd/Yogurt-2 cups
Salt to taste
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Mustard oil
Green chilies
Cumin or cumin powder
Preparation:
-Peel the potatoes nicely and
cut them equally into large pieces
-In a pan heat mustard oil
and put mustard seeds into it
-Add green chilies and cumin
seeds or cumin powder. Stir well
-Beat yogurt or curd in a pan
till it smoothes.
-After it smells mixed
flavour of cumin, mustard, add potatoes to it. Stir it gently
-Now add yogurt or curd in
the mixture. Keep moving it clockwise
for a while.
-Garnish with nicely cut
coriander leaves and serve hot.
